Special thanks to WCEGTalkRadio ATL for inviting me to speak on the importance of Reading and how Audiobooks play an important role in education.----------Reading is Fundamental!

Having been on a 15 year hiatus, I resurfaced to the acting world with a keen interest in Voice. I connected with a student utilizing SuchAVoice and was excited by the training and support they received, I thought the SAV program may be a good fit for me.
This past weekend I landed a role in the stage play, The Voice of a Dancer - Atlanta, as a Voice Talent, in which I will be the Voice of the dancers. I was very excited to audition. And even more excited when I was presented the script to read. I immediately thought, WWND?!? (What Would Nancy Do?!?! - SAV Coach Nancy) I took a minute to Analyze the script, Identify trouble words and Decipher the context to determine my audience and develop my character. My onstage performance felt amazing and it made me realize how much I miss theater. I'll be receiving more information about the production this coming week. I am sooooo excited! DLV Celebrating the life of our Rott-Star, Fudge!
You will be missed for you were a GREAT Dog and Warrior! Your Roar will forever echo across St.Andrews Park! #RIP CROW’S CAW AT NIGHTMOON CREEK BY CALINDA B“All she can think about is his naked body in the woods last night… ........and how he murdered her best friend.” This is my 2nd book with Calinda B and she's introduced me to another level of Sexy Shifters and Paranormal Romance! The characterizations excite me and offer a challenge that I wouldn't get with any old 'neurotypical' read----lol. I'm having a blast with the production of this audiobook and can't wait for it's release-looking forward to the reviews! DLV
What an amazing year! I am truly blessed and enjoy blessing others with my gift!
Wishing everyone a safe and prosperous New Year! ~DLV There are so many special treats throughout the Holiday Season. One treat in particular is the gift of caring. When someone cares enough to send you a card, it means so much!
Thank you to the SuchAVoice Team for the beautiful Christmas Card and AWESOME Training experience! ![]() Jello Shots are the BEST party favors EVER! I am notorious for making jello shots for gatherings. And when I decide not to make them, I get put on Time-Out! These little yummies are a sure win at any event. What you need:
This past Thursday I attended the Atlanta Under 40 Networking Event held at the Red Brick Brewing Company. The turnout was great as there may have been 400+ networking professionals in attendance.
During the event, I had the pleasure of meeting YAMINAH CHILDRESS, founder and President of the featured non-profit sponsor DREAM It Forward Foundation. They offer mentor-matching services and are always seeking volunteers for
If you are in Atlanta, and would like to lend your support to their program, please don't hesitate to reach out! ~ DLV November was pretty eventful as I had one large project and three smaller ones that took me right into December. As the end of year approaches, requests came pouring in to help with some urgent requests. Needless to say, I was willing enough to assist and lend a voice! Although I began my Audiobook segment at the beginning of Q4, I'm proud to announce my overall performance; ending the year with a total of eight published audiobooks! Woo Hoo! So hats off to each of the Authors and Project Managers I worked with for providing me the opportunity to do what I enjoy! #audiobookdiva
When Authors reach out with propositions to read their masterpieces, I've had to take a few steps back to make sure I could handle what lies between the sheets. I find that I'm not that open to reading anything that may keep me up for days. The most recent request dealt with the possession of a child and the demons that haunted the home---Yikes..I couldn't even get through the audition. Sorry, I'll have to pass on this one and..... I'll have to bless my booth. Although I enjoy reading, I can't allow myself to get lost in a world in which I may never return..
